Exibu Modulars
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Exibu’s e-commerce platform and the purchase of our modular branding solutions. By placing an order with Exibu, you agree to the following:
1. Orders & Artwork
- All products are customized based on the artwork provided by the customer.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure artwork is correct, high-resolution, and print-ready.
- Exibu is not responsible for errors, spelling mistakes, low-resolution images, or design flaws in customer-submitted artwork.
- Once artwork is approved, no changes or cancellations are possible.
2. Pricing & Payments
- All prices are displayed in INR (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as stated at checkout.
- Payments must be made in full before production begins.
- Exibu reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice, though confirmed orders remain unaffected.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Exibu ships across India and internationally. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination.
- Exibu is not responsible for delays caused by shipping partners or customs.
4. Returns & Refunds
- As all products are custom-made, returns and refunds are not allowed except in cases of defective products, printing errors, or mismatched orders (as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy).
5. Warranty & Guarantee
- Exibu modular products are designed for long-term use and durability.
- Warranty terms may vary by product (details available on product pages).
6. Intellectual Property
- All logos, designs, and content uploaded by the customer remain their property.
- By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they hold the rights or permission to reproduce the design.
- Exibu is not liable for copyright infringements arising from customer-submitted artwork.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Exibu’s liability is strictly limited to the value of the purchased product.
- Exibu is not responsible for damages resulting from misuse, incorrect installation, or handling of products.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
